Description of feature

Run all four profiles, filter reads that match before assembly.

@tfalkarkea : Interested in taking on this one? If it's barrnap or sortmerna doesn't matter to me (and I think I can speak for @danilodileo too), as long as it's a tool that doesn't bring any license issues with it.

I can definitely take this. I already have some code for SortMeRNA and there is an existing module so I'll proceed with implementing that.

We will postpone this module after the release.
Barrnap will be part of a two step subworkflow:

  1. barrnap will find the rrnas and will store the names in a list
  2. bbmap_filterbyname (/~https://github.com/BioInfoTools/BBMap/blob/master/sh/filterbyname.sh) will filter out the reads from the samples.

This subworkflow needs to be placed before the assembly step, along with bbduk.
