from Make.conf i've removed SYSTEMD

/~https://github.com/necrose99/arm64-portage/tree/master/package.use /NO-SYSTEMD ie
/ -systemd :MASTER-branch...

? git-ignore:systemd NO-SYSTEMD , swap file to ENABLE-SYSTEMD / systemd

hopefully can .gitignore on branches.. thus but for a single file ie package.use to spec systemd or not would be a flipping plus..

other than for wildcards all package use flags but for users system-d or openrc profile will be identical.
