Docker image clean-up (<v1.30.0)

Dear Lowkey Vault Users,

first of all, thank you for using Lowkey Vault, it is great to know that so many of you use this project every day in your CI pipelines! We had many releases over the last years and this generated quite a lot of clutter at our Docker registry with more than 20GB of space required at the time of writing. Most of these images appear to be inactive, outdated, containing many vulnerable third party components, making me wonder whether there is any value in keeping them.

As a result, I have decided to delete all 1.x.y images except the last release:

• nagyesta/lowkey-vault:1.30.0
• nagyesta/lowkey-vault:1.30.0-jammy

The deletion will happen on 1st May 2025, leaving 2 months of time for you to upgrade (or cache the old image you are using).

Please let me know in a reply in case of the unlikely scenario in which this would cause an issue for you...
