version error should be more visible: Extension is not compatible #376

when i launch the generated "hello world" extension with F5, the extension is not loaded

this error is hidden in Output: Log (Window)

[renderer18] [error] [/tmp/Hello]: Extension is not compatible with Code 1.71.2. Extension requires: ^1.72.0.

in this context, this is a fatal error, so it should be more visible

expected: error popup, similar to "Extension host did not start in 10 seconds ..."
