CMake issue when building the confidential inference Python client

When building the python package (line PYTHON_VERSION=3.7 docker/client/build.sh) I was encountering a CMake failure, as the link for Boost was not working. Upon looking into it, the line

URL http://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/release/${BOOST_REQUESTED_VERSION}/source/boost_${BOOST_REQUESTED_VERSION_UNDERSCORE}.tar.bz2

should be replaced to

URL https://boostorg.jfrog.io/artifactory/main/release/${BOOST_REQUESTED_VERSION}/source/boost_${BOOST_REQUESTED_VERSION_UNDERSCORE}.tar.bz2

in cmake/get_boost.cmake.
