Clicking "Run All Tests" from atom's menu opens the Dashboard just for the first time

Thank you very much for this wonderful tool. I just found one inconsistency in the behavior:

When I

1. open Elm Test Runner via atom's menu (Packages > Elm Test Runner > Run All Tests)
2. after running the tests I close the Elm Test Runner Dashboard
3. repeat step 1

Actual result: the Dashboard doesn't open after step 3
Expected behavior: Clicking "Run All Tests" via atom's menu should do the same thing every time (i.e. open the dashboard if it's closed and run all tests)

I know I can reopen the panel using "Toggle dashboard", but the inconsistency in the behavior when clicking Run All Tests from atoms menu is irritating me a bit :)
