expose threadpool metrics from BackupSessionService and LockingStrategy #425

Both BackupSessionService and LockingStrategy have a fixed threadpool associated with them. Expose the metrics from those threadpools ( active tasks count, completed tasks count, scheduled tasks count, task queue size )
