Add mini-deck

The mini deck is a row of rounded rectangle buttons between the deck and the toolbar. Each button should show the emoji of the corresponding card, and the card name on hover. Clicking on the button should flip to the specific card in the deck.

It would be ideal to show numbers when the Command/Control keys are held down (think Slack teams), as we are using these keyboard shortcuts for flipping between cards, but it's not strictly necessary.
