remove upstream CI build

UI update, Unicode support

Various fixes including:

• Unicode support for configuration
• UI updates
• merge all current updates from upstream FlexASIO

Merge upstream changes, Installer update

Updates:

• all recent driver changes merged from FlexASIO upstream repo
• installer and config utility now work correctly with non-default install location
• KoordASIO Config utility runs on install finish
• KoordASIO Config shortcut created
• additional buttons in Config utility to link to relevant Windows audio settings panel, in case of channel count mismatch

TODO:

• possible extra options for WASAPI Exclusive mode to work around potential corner cases
• GUI refresh
