I am trying to run Kaoto on OpenShift. After trying just about everything I can think of, I am now stuck.
Attempt 1
I was able to successfully deploy the Kaoto Standalone container and the Camel K Operator on OpenShift. However, when I try to create a KamelBinding manually via copy & paste (i.e. Administrator > Installed Operators > Camel K Operator > Kamelet Binding > Create KameletBinding) it doesn't work. After a few events, I get a message saying:
Attempt 2
I've tried the same steps as above, but with a Red Hat Integration - Camel K operator. No different outcome.
Attempt 3
I've tried using the "Deploy" button within Kaoto Standalone, and that doesn't seem to do anything.
Attempt 4
I installed the "Kaoto Operator", then deployed the Kaoto UI/Backend via Kaoto Operator > Kaoto > Create Kaoto. But there is no option under that for KameletBinding and the UI appears dated.
Summary
I'm completely lost as to what to do to get up and started with creating a timer job in YAML via Kaoto, and deploying it to OpenShift. Any help would be much appreciated.
