I'm a bit confused on the documentation for running Vader from the command line.

`vim '+Vader!*' per documentation doesn't work.

This does, however:

vim +Vader *

So do this:

vim +Vader test.vim

try vim "+Vader! *"

Only a year late ;) This can probably be closed
