mocked up a warning against deploying to a testnet chain for both desktop and mobile

this can follow the same logic as the ethereum mainnet warning for now

however, once we have new create flow, we should think strategically -- it probably makes sense to raise the issue at the point we require users to be connected to a wallet (monetization page)
