We should probably first implement #101 before working on this one.

Giving the nature of these native features it may be a lot of work to implement it, since the code needs to be re-written in native code. It may also not be a good idea to even implement this because an active connection to the lighthouses will drain battery and cause the lighthouse to stay busy and not able to communicate with anything else. Maybe a minute between polling is a way to fix it.

This needs more research.
