I would like to add accessibilityLabel to thumbs in every slider in my app, is there any way to currently accomplish this?

If not, I would be interested to contributing for this merge. If anyone else is working on this, please let me know.

If/when my PR #89 will be merged, you will be able to supply a custom View for the thumb. So you could construct it as an image, and a label with absolute position above it.
