增加自动发现功能

每个集群配置唯一的集群ID；
当新节点启动时：
1. 自动发现同一集群的其它服务器；
2. 如果发现集群已存在，变更集群配置，将自身加入集群中；
3. 如果集群不存在，把自己作为集群唯一节点，启动集群；
自动发现策略支持：
1. 用户配置多个IP地址；
2. 组播；
3. 通过Rest服务获取；
