Possible typo error in revision history in a draft

Hi,

In the draft https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tls-hybrid-design/
I see two "draft-ietf-tls-hybrid-design-09"
Maybe a gap error between "draft-ietf-tls-hybrid-design-09" and "draft-ietf-tls-hybrid-design-12" (missing "draft-ietf-tls-hybrid-design-11" ?) or not an error.

That's draft content - it comes from draft authors/editors and isn't something the datatracker did.
The question should go to the list or the authors directly.
Closing this issue here as it's not a datatracker issue.
