- Things 3 | paid - Available for macOS and iOS. Day to day usage can be managed with just keyboard shortcuts.
- Shottr | free - Lightweight screenshot application where you can quickly annotate screenshots and also offers OCR.
- Dato | paid - Menubar date application that shows different timezones and info about my next time meeting.
- Alfred | paid - Has a ton of features but I mainly use it for snippets and certain useful extensions like automatically getting 2FA code from messages, google calendar integration.
- Notion | free - Store all the information in my life here.
- Google sheets | free - Expense tracking.

- Streaks | paid - Habit tracker.
- Strong | free - Workout tracker, that keeps track of routines, reps, weights etc.
- Fantastical | free version - I use the free version just for one particular widget that shows my next meeting and how in how much it is in.
- Marvis | paid - An alternate client for apple music that is highly customizable
- Matter | free - A read it later app that allows highlighting, syncing of highlighting to notion, send articles to kindle
- Apollo | free - A beautiful reddit client without ads
- Splitiwse | free - Keep track of expenses between friends
- Timepage | free version - I use it for one particular widget that shows the countdown to a configurable event
