Any way to use Authentik as SSO/SAML to authenticate Zendesk?

Looks like Zendesk just removed a feature that allows Microsoft business users to login as end user (to open tickets for example) last year and now only allow end users to login into Zendesk using Microsoft personal accounts.

I am looking for any way or workaround to let users of different tenants to login as end user into my Zendesk using their Microsoft Business accounts, maybe Authentik could do this using MIcrosoft Social Login feature? Please, how could I do this? I failed badly trying to make it work :/

We're authenticating Zendesk internally with SAML, and are planning on configuring SCIM as well. It should be straightforward, and is definitely possible
