Fail to install js plugin

Hi,

I am not sure whether this is my bad or an issue.

I installed gauge on windows via npm install -g @getgauge/cli, installed the VS extension and created a new JS project. It asks me to install js plugin, but fails with

Installing gauge js plugin ...

Failed to install plugin 'js'.
Reason: Invalid plugin name or there's a network issue while fetching plugin details.

Refer https://docs.gauge.org/latest/installation.html#language-plugins to install manually

The URL is apparently wrong, as it leads to a Page Not Found

Also when installing from the console it states

Can you try running the following command

gauge install js -l debug

For example, this is output on my machine

$ gauge install js -l debug
Gathering metadata for js
Downloading https://downloads.gauge.org/plugin/js?l=&p=html-report,screenshot&o=darwin&a=arm64

Ah, it looks like you have an old gauge installation and property files. The urls, have changed.
Please modify your .gauge/config/gauge.properties and update the following section

# Url to get plugin versions
gauge_repository_url = https://downloads.gauge.org/plugin

ok thanks for that... i had previously (long time ago) gauge installed, might be an artifact.

But after I installed now gauge on windows via npm - where do I find the .gauge folder ?! it is not under the user directory ?!

Did you check %APPDATA%?
