Name Entry Screen - Add Cursor to Name Input Box

I have seen playtesters who have clicked on the name input box before entering their name. There is always a noticeable pause while they wait for the reassuring | to appear and blink, but it never does. We could solve the GUI discord by adding in a | that blinks at the end of the string.

Alternatively, the | could blink if the input box is empty, but disappear if anything is typed.
