When a STA Alert is in effect, the STA Alert circle button is displayed. On click or tap of the STA Alert circle button, Display the STA Alert Popup. (HTML in attached doc MobileMapsSTAAlertDesign.docx)
On click/tap of close button, close the STA Alert popup
On click/tap of Learn More link - go to https://www.baaqmd.gov/alertstatus
