I'm looking for kde/plasma replacement, mostly due of some serious bugs that don't seem to get fixed as developers seems to think each computer will be just used by one user.
In kwin you can set a configuration per application, so I can say that looking-glass window should disregard global keybindings, does Gala support anything like this?
The reason for this question is that we heavily relay on using virtual machines and need to be able to have them as windows on the host machine, but without needing to remap a lot of keybindings so that can use alt-tab and other key combinations directly in the virtual machine when that machines window is active and when using something like a browser on the host, then the alt-tab (and other keybindings) should work as default.
If not currently supported as based on mutter, would it be possible you add such support and what time frame would you estimate it could take before a such feature was implemented, like we talking about some months or more like years or never?
