"Spaces IA" is…

  • Building an understanding of the most important features for navigation to learn for our future
  • Increase ease of use and understanding of top workflows to increase productivity
  • Creating a layout that's intuitive for users to increase usage
  • Meet the users' expectations and borrow affordance from other apps users are familiar with to increase usage
  • Meets the users' needs and use cases, expanding complexity (and persona) only when necessary to simplify and decrease confusion/overwhelm

Project goal…

  1. Increase productivity by reducing overwhelm/shock measured by user feedback and active events (any)
  2. Increase usage of features by simplifying the interface and being strategic in our layout measured by feature usage events (& frequency) and feedback around way-finding
  3. Learn quickly and experiment into a sustainable app layout across platforms measured by internal confidence and speed of delivery
