I'm using Blosum62 and NLF encoders. However for an amino acid sequence 'GILKDYPHSAFTLEKKVIKTEPEDSRXXXXX' NLF encoder gives a key error.
KeyError: 'X'
I know the meaning of the error: the letter 'X' is not encoded in NLF matrix.
I wonder that should I use only Blosum62 ? Or should I use another letter instead of 'X' ? Or there might be any update for CSV file?
