现在这个是全部全文，我也建议有给独立请求某个文章全文的接口。

这个是支持的 ，接口中传入的mode值高于全局设置。
/feeds/MP_WXS_123.rss?mode=fulltext
/feeds/MP_WXS_123.rss?mode=-

现在缓存在内存中，重启服务就没了。

现在缓存在内存中，重启服务就没了。

能否优化成每次抓取的时候把历史内容offload到磁盘上，目前只订阅了25个公众号，大概刷三四天内存就不够用导致docker无法使用了
