Will the built in DNS server forward all other requests to upstream DNS servers??
Or should I do the DNS resolution in my router's DNS resolver??

Upstream DNS will be set into ytuner.ini
DNSServers=192.168.x.x

It can be any responsible dns server (I use my local one, while using dns masquerading for the ...vtuner.com domains)

Yes... and all domains specified in InterceptDNs are intercepted and YTuner machine IP address is sent as selected domain resolved.
