Several potentially erroneous codes were fixed in clremovecontam. Calculating pforwardjump2 (F') and preversejump2 (R') was fixed in clremovecontam. "--fwerunit" option was added to clremovecontam and default was set to WHOLE.

The eighteenth release of 0.9 branch. New methods to estimate probability of tag jump and contamination using unused tag combinations and blanks and to remove tag jump and contamination based on binomial test were implemented. Compressor/Decompressor of GZIP and BZIP2 were changed to pigz and lbzip2.

The seventeenth release of 0.9 branch. A new command cltruncprimer was added. This command can truncate primer matching positions and add tag/index sequence information to sequence labels. This is recommended for importing already-demultiplexed FASTQ files.
