Only happens if the video has an auto-skippable segment immediately at the start of the video.

For example, this video is on a user's profile. If this video had segments that were set to be manually skipped, when opening the page without autoplay enabled, a SponsorBlock popup taking up the whole player would appear.

Issue is on Arc, a chromium-based browser. Extension version is 5.10.5
