[Suggestion] Category Type: potentially triggering content/content warning #1410

2 main uses come to mind

  • marking lengths of videos with flashing lights for photosensitive people to quickly skip
  • marking areas of a video that could be triggers, usually said by the content creator. Example here

this may fit better as part of #409 or if given a description like “this part contains x, skip it?”

Only the first part is related to that issue, what about the second use I mentioned?
