Nice little helper for long checklists, thank you!

I have noticed that when there are blank lines between the headline and the checklist, the headline "cookie" does not get updated:

This is a test: (%)

- [x] item 1 (2/3)
    - [x] item 1.1
    - [ ] item 1.2 (3/3)
        - [x] item 1.2.1
        - [x] item 1.2.2
        - [x] item 1.2.3
    - [x] item 1.2 
- [x] item 2
- [x] item 3
