Galileo-HAS-SIS-ICD-1.0_Annex_D_HAS_Message_Decoding_Example.txt  provides a set of HAS encoded pages, 
along with the decoded output of this set of encoded pages and recoverable HAS corrections.

NOTE: regardless of whether it's Windows or Linux, the folder "debug" containing the HAS decoding executable 
should be in the same directory as "debugFiles" and "resource," and both folders should not be missing
