remove all decoration block variants like the stairs and walls, and leave only the very basic decoration block cubes
rename them to plated material blocks
change their recipes to be 4 plated metals to make one plated block

vacuum glass 's frame textures are from aluminum_decoration block's texture

Vacuum glass needs retexturing/remodelings anyways
It should have a unique frame texture
