窗口标题栏变宽 #60

win11 22H2上发现用系统设置缩放字体大小后（我缩放了110%），标题栏默认字体号不是9而变成10了，软件的默认值还是9，这样设置好像会导致窗口标题栏变宽，修改注册表才能恢复
