文件列表模式下字体改大后行距能同步调大吗？

把字号变大后，行距没变，字体显示不全。
能调整行距吗？

Font design determines the space between lines.
Adjusting the space between lines is depends on software which use fonts such as Word, DTP software etc.
System font setting don't and can't affect line spacing.
This is why, I think this is not No!! Meiryo UI's issue.

Win10系统，文件管理器。平时用12号字体，这里设置14号，行距没有同步变大，文件以列表形式显示时，英文字体的下半部分没能显示出来。能解决吗？

Did you try sign out, and sign in again?
It seems explorer didn't recognize font size change.
