[STORY] ssu configuration for SailfishOS-SonyXperia ports

Right now we have no config that would allow us to configure ssu automatically between all ports once to load adaptation repositories.

There's is community-adaptation, however it has to be build for each port every time making it hard to maintain, especially during branching sine the package name changes.

So what we need to achieve this is:

• [TASK] Setup an obs project on separate path on to share between all ports for global project configuration #27
• [TASK] Create ssu-vendor-data- package to provide repository configuration for the build.sailfishos.org obs #28
• [TASK] Create feature-sailfishos-sonyxperia package #29
