Came from IvanFon's super-labeler-action, unable to set this up

I used IvanFon's super-labeler-action, and was working properly but has some issues with dependabot.

So I check to update it with maintained version, and trying to set it up. I have a few questions:

1. Why is there ./ in the steps, and not a tag of this project ?
2. Can I just use my previous labels.json into this project ? It doesn't seems to work. Didn't find any info about how to set this project up.
