Stuttering makes it unplayable #101

I have been playing this with no issues for a few days. Q3/VD, PC = 4070 GTX/16GB DDR3/Ryzen 5/Wifi 6 1200 Mbps​. After 3 days it started stuttering quite a lot.
Yesterday I reset my Q3 as I think there had been an OS update, reset my PC and shut down any background apps. Game ran smoothly.
Today, after resetting both Q3 and PC, the game is unplayable from the first moment it loads up, even the hub. I have tried loading it a few times, each time after a full reset...

PS. Steam client up to date and latest GPU drivers installed. No changes I can think of between it working and not working
