Suggestions: Starting alpha testing

The apps are very close to being universally usable. How can we create a program to start alpha testing in colleges prior to opening the software up to other organizations?

As Talawa can work with multiple organizations we could see if multiple campuses would be willing to act as independent organizations. This would expose shortcomings quickly and maybe even fix dumb or unintuitive features early.

We may even be able to start before that.

Is there a way to set this up so that people could use the alpha testing as part of their internship application process next year?

We have an inviting community, so there may also be an opportunity to make our projects the best ones in GitHub to get started in open source. That would be a wonderful reputation to have.

We should be ready by November when most of the internship projects would be completed.

This discussion has two goals. How can we;

1. get alpha users?
2. be the place to start your lifetime relationship with open source?
