[Bug]: Ledger Integration Broken in Latest Version!

Describe the bug

I use a Ledger Nano S with the Ethereum app version 1.15.0 and MetaMask extension version 12.12.0. I have been using Ledger combined with MetaMask for years with almost no issues but now the integration is broken for signing messages and transactions.

I tried signing a message on snapshot.box:

First error was this (I used an older Ethereum app version from Ledger, I think it was 1.10.1):

After upgrading to Ethereum app version 1.15.0, I get constantly errors (can't click on the confirm button):

I tried with multiple different RPCs and different browsers, same error.

After I tried with https://etherscan.io/verifiedSignatures; same error:

If I connect a normal "hot" metamask account it works. So there must be something borked here recently. It's actually pretty time-critical to get this working for me again.

Update: The same happens for signing transactions!

Expected behaviour

Ledger <> MetaMask integration works.
