Hello, I'm new to Ethereum and I bought some ether and gave my MetaMask wallet address. I'm not sure how long these process are suppose to take, but its been 7 hours since the ether was sent. Because this was my first purchase and being new to everything Ethereum related, I've got to be honest and tell you that I'm panicking a little. Please can anyone help me and tell me what I should do first. Thanking you in advance |

@Egelin can you create a new issue? But some quick things are to etherscan.io your account and trace back your funds. Start with where you purchased ether and find out the transaction receipt hash. |

Thanks for your persistence in making sure this matters is attended to! I
did receive my funds from the transaction. I believe the issue was the
Status Token ICO backing the network up but it seems to be up and working
fine now!

About 5 hours ago, I sent 0.29 ETH from my Binance account to my MetaMask wallet address below: 0x2fb3fa27191a125474929d5fe65ef4aa24249012 with transaction ID: 0x54f5e01da9637a603949075af543bfcf3cc4292eb8696571157e8cea79fa99fa EtherScan confirms this transaction is successful & complete but my MetaMask shows 0eth still. Please what can be done to rectify this? |

About 2 hours ago I sent 0.1226 ETH to from my gatehub account. My transaction was showing as pending here (https://etherscan.io/address/0x837149d5dfb1876dd81c71bc70aa8c4d2720a939) but now the transaction disappeared along with the ETH. I'm wondering where my ETH went and what I need to do to get it back. Attached is a screenshot confirming that the ETH was sent the Metamask wallet address.
