Broken Links in Footnotes Using HTML Export from InDesign

Hello there, @quinnschwartz, let's move the issue you just filed (#3076) over here to Discussions. You mentioned that your code looks like this but the note marker isn's actually moving the browser focus down to the note itself, is that correct?

Are you ingesting this as a single HTML document, or is this part of a Manifest? For me to really diagnose what's going on, I'd need to see and engage with your source document a bit more. But in single-file HTML ingests, the best practice is to format your notes so the href attribute is only the hash value id without the full filename, so your Marker and Note codes would look like this, respectively:
