6.1 This License is effective until terminated. The Provider may terminate this License at any time for any reason.
6.2 Upon termination, the Recipient must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in their possession.
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Recipient concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications.
