Getting to element pages seems very slow

Loading a page like https://dev.merged.dashboard.iatistandard.org/exploring-data/elements/iati-activity_transaction/ seems to take quite a while - whether this is from the a publisher page or the elements page

In one instance I got an Internal Server Error

I can confirm this is an issue. I've added it to the milestone for getting this live.

I've been working on better ways to check the loading speeds of all pages, as part of our automated tests, to try to avoid any more issues like this #661
