Replicating Custom Assistant in Chatflow

I have a nice custom assistant that almost works perfectly. It's set up like this:

model: claude-3-5-haiku-latest
knowledge: a document store hosted on Pinecone
tools: a custom tool I wrote to call an API

I'd like to set up the same sort of thing in a Chatflow, so that I can have more flexibility (specifically right now I want to stop it sending the document store documents to the user). However I can't see any agents that let me connect both a vector store and a custom tool:

Ideas very welcome!
