What happened?

I had went to an area at the end of a mission without an outpost, and after that I went to an outpost and I had gotten stuck in the menu that makes me choose another outpost to go to, and missions to select, and I have the incapability to get out of the menu, as well I had found it's an issue with my sub, as I was using the Orca2 and when I used other subs(via changing them around through modifying the save files) it would work fine, and yet only that sub has the issue, no others for some reason, and the sub was not the default Orca2 but the one I had used in the campaign, I am sorry this is so long, but I wanted to explain the details as best I could

Reproduction steps

1. Use the Orca2 sub. 2. go to an area at the end of a mission that doesn't have an outpost, as well complete only a beacon station mission. 3. Go to another outpost, and hopefully it will have replicated the bug.
