Breakout hybrid power plants in output graphics

We should add entries for hybrid power plants (solar PV, onshore wind, and offshore wind) in the web application support variables and in the webtool. We can expressly track this value and modify the outputs to break them out independently. In the future, we may consider adding them as their own power plant types for simplicity.
