Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are organizations maintaining some crates depending on other crates inside that organization, and having multiple version of crates from that organization is erroneous.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add source.org for bans section, allowing user to specify like for a specific github organization, the crates from that org should not have multiple version
