Styling Todo's

How could i style TODO and FIXME comments i have in my code?

i tried to change it in syntax.lua like this:
Todo = { fg = spec.bg1, bg = spec.diag.info, style = "bold" },

but that did not make it bold. Ideally, I'd like to change it from a config file like so:

`require("nightfox").setup({

		options = {
			styles = {
				comments = "italic",
				todo = "bold",
			},
		},
	})
