First alpha release

The API has been in flux for a while, as JoinRun approached the 0.1 release.

Main new features in JoinRun 0.1:

• Warnings and errors are now reported when the static analysis indicates indeterminism, livelock, or deadlock
• Singleton molecules and volatile readers
