How to select specific scenes to be encoded/splitted?

I already have a list of scenes, it has many scenes. I just want to split specific scenes and skip the rest. I don't know how to do it and I have to start over and process everything.

Let's say, there are 100 scenes, and I want to render the 34th, 69th, 80th to 90th.

Why? The video is actually already be rendered and splitted BUT at very low quality so I can eyeballing and picking the best. These scenes number I mentioned before, I want these to be processed in high quality possible.

The load-scenes command currently requires that all scenes are represented as cuts, so the input must be contiguous. We can certainly support using both start/end times however, so feel free to submit a feature request for this!

There are some technical issues to work out with changing it which will require some further discussion, but it's certainly possible to fix this :)

It is a nice features. It works well when handling like over 500 scenes. Currently, I cuts the videos into several segments, these segments later be passed to scenedetect.
